We are pleased to announce our second appointment in 2020 – Commercial Finance Broker – and qualified personal trainer – Bradley Weston. Bradley, 27, joins DMI with five years’ industry experience, having worked for a number of established mortgage brokerages previously. His appointment comes just weeks after Commercial Finance Broker, Liva Grinberga joined DMI – taking the team to 15.
We were founded in 2000 by Geoff Philpot and we provide property finance, commercial and Buy to Let mortgages and property insurance for investors, private buyers, landlords and developers, specialising in providing finance for auctioned property, when speed can be of the essence.
Bradley will be assisting clients to obtain finance for Buy to Let auction properties, and bridging or development finance for more ambitious projects. He will also be representing DMI during its busy 2020 auction schedule.
Bradley said: “I joined DMI as I want to explore the commercial side of lending and its more creative opportunities for structuring and researching client finance options. I have watched DMI gradually expand its reach and grow its reputation and it’s truly exciting to join such an enthusiastic team of professionals.”
