Wayne is the Managing Director. He has been arranging finance for DMI customers since 2006 and attends many property auctions around the UK. Wayne is proficient when it comes to securing finance against commercial, semi commercial and residential property assets within 20 working days. He really enjoys helping customers and supports them with their purchase strategy.

Andrew is the Broker Manager. He has worked within the industry for many years and has managed branches of TSB, Britannia Building Society and Cheltenham and Gloucester. Andrew supports a growing broker team which continuously strives to deliver value and excellent customer service.

Since Joe acquired his BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance he has worked closely with the financial services industry. Joe acquired CeMAP in June 2018 and he now specialises in arranging Buy to Let and short term bridging finance secured against residential investment property. Joe prides himself on delivering an excellent customer experience and attends many property auctions in the UK.

Martin has worked in financial services since 2011. He specialises in complex short term Bridging and Portfolio Buy To Let mortgages and enjoys meeting customers at many of the property auctions around the country. Martin sources the most up to date solutions from the whole of the investment mortgage market.

Liva is passionate about making sure her investment clients get the best possible mortgage experience; from first point of contact to legal completion and beyond. She relishes the prospect of building strong relationships with her customers and attends many property auctions around the UK. Liva specialises in short term bridging and Buy To Let mortgages.

Fraser specialises in complex Buy To Let, Bridging, and Commercial mortgages. His expertise extends to arranging financing for properties let to social housing providers and those with intricate ownership structures. Fraser is known for his swift financing solutions within auction timescales and his ability to arrange residential investment mortgages for foreign nationals. His dedication to tailored financing and client-centric service makes him a trusted expert in commercial finance.

Gaining his CeMAP qualification in June 2019, he is adept at funding HMO, multi-unit freehold blocks and commercial financing needs such as bridging and development finance. Shaun not only offers expertise in traditional BTL but also thrives in dealing with properties leased to social housing providers and as let as serviced accommodation. Shaun is a regular attendee of auctions throughout the UK.

Sian supports the broker team by overseeing applications after they have been submitted to the lender to ensure the formal mortgage offer is approved and released in the shortest possible time. Sian enjoys liaising with our customers, solicitors, lenders and valuers. She strives to deliver excellent customer service.

Emma takes pleasure in working closely with our clients, legal professionals, lenders, and solicitors. Her aim is to provide outstanding customer service.

Prior to forming DMI Finance in 2000, Geoff had extensive experience with his international consultancy business working globally for large commercial clients. DMI was formed to bring his expertise to the home market with speciality finance solutions for investor clients.
